3 Deposits & Payments

Solt PKR processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support a range of local payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are generally credited to your Solt PKR account promptly once the payment provider confirms the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the method used. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, please contact our support team with your transaction reference.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using third-party payment accounts is not permitted.

• Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Solt PKR does not charge deposit fees on its end for standard payment methods. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your payment provider before making a deposit.

4 Withdrawals

Before a withdrawal can be processed, Solt PKR may carry out identity and payment verification checks. This is a standard security measure to protect all players and to prevent fraud. Please ensure your account verification is up to date to avoid delays.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum and maximum amount limits.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same account or method used for the deposit where possible.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be made from a bonus balance.
• Withdrawals of deposited funds that have not been used for gameplay may be subject to an administration review.
• Solt PKR reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be played through before it can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place total bets of PKR 20,000 before that bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new player account.
• Bonus funds expire if not used or wagered within the stated validity period.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100% while table games contribute less.
• Solt PKR reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

If you choose to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Solt PKR is not liable for any dissatisfaction arising from bonus terms that were clearly communicated at the time of claiming.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Solt PKR — including casino games, slots, and live casino tables — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, are conducted by trained human dealers in real time. Solt PKR does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — such as a disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — Solt PKR will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. If a game round cannot be completed, bets placed during that round may be refunded to your account at Solt PKR's discretion.

• Players must play games in good faith. Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the software is prohibited.
• The use of automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.

7 Sports Betting

Solt PKR offers sports betting across a wide range of markets including cricket — with full coverage of Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI series, and Test matches — as well as football, and Esports. Betting is available pre-match and in-play on selected events.

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play odds change rapidly and it is possible for a bet to be accepted at slightly different odds from those initially quoted due to market movement. The final accepted odds will be shown in your bet slip and bet history.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended unless Solt PKR explicitly offers a cash-out feature for that market.
• Solt PKR reserves the right to void bets on any event that is cancelled, suspended, or does not meet the conditions required for settlement.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by sport, market, and event.
• Suspicious betting patterns — including unusual stake sizes or coordinated betting — may trigger a review and potential voiding of affected bets.
• Results are settled based on official results from the governing body of each sport.

In cricket, PSL match results are settled based on the official PSL governing body's result. For international cricket, results are settled according to the International Cricket Council (ICC) official record. Rain rules, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, and other official playing conditions are applied as they stand at the time of settlement.

8 Responsible Gaming
